Doc's Presents: Laila Biali

Laila Biali sits down at the piano, and the room settles in. The Canadian singer and pianist won a JUNO, Canada's top music award, for her self-titled record. This year she earned her first Grammy nod, for Wintersongs, an album she wrote for strings and a chamber orchestra. Live, she keeps it to her trio, her own songs and a few standards.
