Celebrating Louis Armstrong: A Fourth of July Party at Doc's!

Celebrate Louis Armstrong this Independence Day with an all-star lineup of Houston's finest musicians as they throw Mr. Armstrong a New Orleans-inspired birthday party filled with incredible music, freedom, and a little jazz history.

Though Armstrong was actually born in August, he celebrated the Fourth of July as his birthday throughout his life. It's a fitting tribute, as jazz, the first truly American art form, captures the spirit of independence, creativity, and joy that Louis shared with the world.
